Within a safe workspace, you can observe transactions from a Gnosis Safe and other wallets. Within an organization, you can aggregates transactions from your safe workspaces.
Within your safe on Utopia…
- Navigate to your safe.
- Go to the Observed Wallets page and add wallets you want to observe. The Gnosis Safe that you set your workspace up with will already be displayed.
- Transactions from all of your observed wallets will be populated in your Bookkeeping page.
Within your organization on Utopia…
- Navigate to your organization.
- Go to the Observed Wallets page and see all of observed wallets from each safe workspace. You can also hide wallets in the event there are redundant wallets.
- Transactions from all of your organization’s safes, as well as the observed wallets from each safe workspace, will be populated in your Bookkeeping page.
If you hit your wallet or transaction limits…
Within a safe on Utopia, you can observe up to 6 wallets, including your Gnosis safe. And for each wallet, you can import up to 5,000 transactions. If you reach either limit and want to increase it, please review the following document: Wallet and Transaction Limits
